The Story
It was the summer of 2014. We had been on the Appalachian Trail for three months and hundreds of miles when it happened. Sitting around camp one night we dug through our stuff sacks for dinner while recapping the day and planning the next. With all of our food spread out on the ground, we grumbled about the frustration of dumping everything out to find that one item that was always hiding somewhere in the depths of our stuff sacks. As we brushed off the dirt and cooked dinner we talked about possible solutions to the problem. THERE'S GOTTA BE A BETTER WAY!
The conversation carried on and so did the miles, but the thought remained: what if there was an easier way to access the contents of your stuff sack without dumping everything out each time? It might seem like a small inconvenience, but backpacking struggles know no chill, and when you’re on the trail for weeks or months, even the little problems start to feel like big ones. Unpacking and repacking your gear multiple times per day becomes a mindless chore that exposes your gear to the elements and increases your chances of losing something. So why not eliminate the hassle?
Years later the thought became a concept, the concept became a design, and a new kind of roll-top stuff sack was born. Now with a water-resistant zipper running the full length of the bag, you can easily find what you’re looking for from bottom to top without blindly rummaging around or dumping everything out. Food, clothes, medical gear, camera equipment — whatever you keep in your Zipsacks, you’ll be able to find it faster and easier than ever before.

- Lightweight and flexible 70D rip-stop rip-stop nylon holds up to extended abuse on the trail.
- Roll-top closure keeps out the elements while allowing for easy filling and maximum bag compression.
- Full-length, RCPU (Reversed Coil Polyurethane) coated zipper allows for easy access to contents while keeping your gear protected from the elements.
- Finger loop webbing and auxiliary D-ring create multiple anchor points.
- Weatherproof materials and fully taped seams means nothing is getting in this bag except you.
